When you’re trying to the best sleep you’ve ever had, it all boils down to the sleeping position.
Daily Cal is giving you the breakdown of these different sleep positions:
- Sleeping on your back – This is the more popular position. If your goal is to keep the spine, hips and knees in line – this is the way to go!
- Fetal position – If you’ve got a snore that’ll wake all the neighbors, this is the position for you. It keeps that snore to a minimum.
- Sleeping on your side – Those hot wings you just ate are going to digest with no problem, no matter what side you choose to lay on.
- Sleeping on your stomach – This isn’t the most ideal position to lay in, but use a very thin pillow if this is the position you’re going for.
